Ms. Kim brings a wealth of experience to ADCS through her CFO outsourcing role through her Clarius Consultants, one of our Teaming Partners.  She has 30 plus years of experience in publicly-held and private equity sponsored companies. As a prior CFO at a few multi-million dollar publicly-held firms, she is known for her skills in financial strategy, scaling for growth, profitability improvements, M&A, managing change and developing highly functioning teams in complex business environments. In these companies, she partnered with the CEO to lead turnarounds; high growth and profitability improvement; prepared for and participated in the sale of four companies; implemented post-merger financial systems, and created and rebuilt finance departments and systems.

OUR PEOPLE

Mr. Massey brings more than 30 years of successful design experience, serving as Design Principal and Project Manager for many substantial and significant public sector developments, including multiple buildings for the National Institutes of Health, GSA, and the US Army Corps of Engineers.  He has designed Federal and State courthouses, along with laboratory and research facilities for the University of Maryland, Georgetown University, and Johns Hopkins University.

Mr. Rosen is a Senior Architect and Reviewer and is a Co-Lead on Architectural-Engineering Technical Assistance Reviews of the Capital Assistance Recovery Efforts (CARE) that ADCS has contracted with the Federal Government.

Mr. Rosen also provides design and production drawing oversight and execution on the private-sector design services provided by ADCS

ADCS TEAMING PARTNERS

Mr.  Hitrik is a seasoned architect with over 25 years of architectural experience in all facets of the profession.  He is one of the Peer Reviewers at ADCS approved by Prince George's County.  Additionally,  Mr. Hitrik is one of the Team Members on the Architectural-Engineering Technical Assistance Reviews on a few different grant programs on which ADCS is currently contracted to assist the Federal Government.

Mrs. Elcock has many years of office and project management experience in diverse business settings. A former executive with Accenture, LLP, Mrs. Elcock rounds out our team with her ability to effectively manage company projects while establishing and maintaining long-term, positive relationships with clients, co-workers, and external resources.

Mr.  Walker is a seasoned architect with over 25 years of architectural experience in all facets of the profession.  He is one of the Team Members on the Architectural-Engineering Technical Assistance Reviews on a few different grant programs on which ADCS is currently contracted to assist the Federal Government.

Dave Chan is a second-generation architect with over 30 years of architectural experience in all facets of the profession.   Prior to the founding of his own firm, he has served as Managing Principal and Senior Project Manager at large national architectural firms.  He has been responsible for the design and construction of over 50 buildings in the Fairfax County area alone, and has over 6 million square feet designed and constructed nationally.  

Dave is also a Certified Building Plans Examiner with Fairfax County’s and Prince George's County Expedited Plan Review program.  The company provides Peer Review Services of Permit Drawings, both in commercial and residential construction. 

Mr. Clair is a Senior Architect and Reviewer with a large role in the Federal Government Architectural-Engineering Technical Assistance Reviews on a several government grants through ADCS multiple-year contract.

Benjamin is also responsible for design and production on ADCS private-sector design projects.
